We take on consulting projects when the problem is interesting and fits what we know. No fixed packages or hourly rate cards - every project is different, so we figure out scope and pricing after we understand what you actually need.

What We Bring

Over two decades of combined experience in project and operations management, including leading hundreds of people and overseeing multi-million dollar contracts. Scoping work, writing SOWs, building SOPs, keeping projects on track isn't something we're figuring out as we go, it's something we've done for a long time in environments where getting it wrong wasn't really an option.

On the technical side: automation and process improvement, electronics and embedded systems, software integration, and ERP/business systems. If you're not sure whether your problem fits, reach out anyway - the worst we'll say is it's not our area. We're problem solvers first, with a wide range of skills internally and a network of experts we can pull in when needed.

How It Works

Send us an email describing what you're trying to do. Doesn't have to be a formal spec - just tell us the problem. We'll get back to you within a couple of days. If it's a good fit, we'll set up a time to meet and discuss a further proposal. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.
